The sharpening inserts - differences & use
The anvil sharpening inserts are for blades that are sharpened at the same angle on both sides. Bypass sharpening inserts are intended for blades sharpened on one side.

- Blue: meat cleaver
- Purple: Garden shears / grinders / bread knives
