The idea behind our hunting trousers, the PSS X-treme Protect Loden sow protection trousers, is not to be used for tracking or driven hunts, but rather for sitting game and stalking. Because who doesn't know the situation, once the wild boar has been shot at, the shooter first looks into the thicket or cornfield himself. In order to provide safety in this uncertain situation, we have incorporated a puncture protection on the front of the leg in the crotch area and in the calf of the hunting trousers. With an additional weight of just 200 grams, the hunting trousers are neither bulky nor heavy.

According to the EN13567 test, we maintain a puncture resistance of approx. 697 newtons and thus offer enormous safety for every wearer. The hunting trousers have been further reinforced in areas subject to heavy wear, such as the knees, inside of the legs and seat. Another innovation is the washability of the sow protection trousers at 30 degrees in the wool wash program.
